Rente con tres meses de anticipación una camioneta y faltando dos semanas para recogerla me llaman para decirme que hubo un error, no se fijaron, no se pusieron de acuerdo, pero pues que con la pena no hay camionetas disponibles, era semana santa, ya se imaginaran lo que me constó conseguir otra, y a pesar de que les explique que ya tenia todo pagado en la CDMX (yo soy de Coahuila) pues se limitaron a mandarme un correo diciéndome que "lamentablemente no podían hacer nada con mi caso" AHHH si podían hacer algo, darme en renta dos camionetas de menor capacidad de pasajeros al doble del precio del que yo había reservado.. pueden creerlo???? Dicen que cada quien habla de como le va en la feria pues a mí, gracias a esta agencia me fue de la fregada, termine rentando una camioneta super incomoda, mas cara ( por la fecha y la premura de mi situación) y ellos solo me mandaron un correito pidiendo disculpas. Muy mal!!! y si no me creen les mando el correo donde vienen sus amables disculpas. Cretinos! Appalling!!! Nothing else I give them a star because if not I can not publish my opinion, but not one they deserve. I rented a van three months in advance and two weeks before picking it up they call me to tell me that there was an error, they did not fix it, they did not agree, but since there are no vans available, it was Holy Week, imagine what it was for me to get another one, and even though I explained that I already had everything paid in the CDMX (I am from Coahuila), they just sent me an email saying that "unfortunately they could not do anything with my case" AHHH if they could to do something, give me in rent two vans of smaller capacity of passengers to the double of the price of which I had reserved .. can you believe it ???? They say that everyone talks about how it is going at the fair because, thanks to this agency, it was a mess, I ended up renting a super uncomfortable truck, more expensive (because of the date and the urgency of my situation) and they just They sent a little code apologizing. Very bad!!! and if you do not believe me I send you the email where your kind apologies come. Cretins!
