 Very bad service, it seems that they do not want to rent cars. They ask for a lot of insurance and are not very flexible. Required documents include a credit card that you do not mention when making the reservation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent from this place they take forever to process or check out and then they will also scam you and try to claim there are incidentals on the car and make you pay and scam you any way they can. Beware!! They claimed we ruined a tire and damanged a car that sat in our condo parking lot the entire trip with min driving. Do not rent from this car rental!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not even have a reservation and despite everyone telling us you can't rent for less than 3 days, Avis reps welcomed us, really tried to help and provided us with a nice car at a great rate. Kudos to you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too slow a checkout process, and too much hard sell on the insurance. The cars are somewhat beat up, although this is to be expected in Puerto Vallarta.
In the end, it worked out fine. But I had to spend 30 minutes at the counter before I got the keys. That is too much of a waste of valuable vacation time.
