Minor issue with the restaurant serving us slightly uncooked shrimp but when we made them aware they apologized and fixed the issue right away.
L	Lina Omran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow service. I was accused of stealing towels and the food was not great. Layout of the resort is not efficient and there were not enough workers. Also the pool was dirty. There was a wasp problem and we had to kill a cockroach near my son's bed.

My only critique is they need a little more cleanliness on the room service......and the wifi only works downstairs lobby. I definitely recommend this play staff is nice and helpful

The service is impeccable, and the food and cocktails are made with a lot of love. Try the ceviche, the piña coladas and the amazing pizzas – they’re better than any I ever had in Italy.
