★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una muy mala experiencia con uno de sus ajustadores, el señor prepotente, arrogante y grosero, me cobró $17,000 pesos por un choque pequeño en la defensa del carro de su asegurado por lo cual le respondí que se me hacia un abuso, me comentó que si no le pagaba al momento me iba a mandar a la carcel. Quise hablar con algún encargado para hablar sobre lo sucedido y me citaron la semana siguiente, a la cual no llegaron a la cita, me tuvieron esperando hora y media sin siquiera avisarme que no iban a poder atenderme, la verdad, viendo la capacitación del ajustador y el personal de la agencia, puedo dar por seguro que es de lo peor y que consideren bien antes de escogerla como aseguradora, hay bastantes en la zona de Puerto Vallarta, que ofrecen una mejor atención y servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui y no me atendieron, que por cita y ni tenían gente. Me tomaron mis datos para agendar cita y jamas me hablaron. Por que? Que tiene que hacer uno para que cumplan con su palabra y te hablan para una cita?
I went and they didn't take care of me, they didn't even have people by appointment. They took my information to schedule an appointment and they never spoke to me. Why? What does one have to do to make them keep their word and speak to you for a date?
