Un punto importante nunca me enviaron una cotización y hace unos días me enviaron un correo con un monto a pagar, sin ningún desglose del cálculo del deducible, y es un monto elevado a comparación del % de la póliza que adquirí.

An important point they never sent me a quote and a few days ago they sent me an email with an amount to pay, without any breakdown of the calculation of the deductible, and it is a high amount compared to the % of the policy that I purchased.
