★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden a la hora que quieren, no les interesa el cliente a la hora de hacerse responsables, la de las citas apaga su celular para no contestar y haces espera de hasta 3 horas para que a final de cuentas te digan que está muy ocupada y vengas otro día, llevo un año con mi trámite y no se quieren hacer responsables
They serve you at the time they want, they are not interested in the client when it comes to taking responsibility, that of appointments turns off their cell phone to not answer and you wait up to 3 hours for them to tell you that they are very busy and come another day, I've been with my procedure for a year and they don't want to be responsible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es amable. Ocasionalmente hay muchas personas para un mismo trámite y el tiempo de atención es lento. Desventaja que sólo acepten trámites de reembolso sólo hasta las 2 pm. Sugiero pongan horario vespertino para recepción de documentos.
The attention is kind. Occasionally there are many people for the same procedure and the attention time is slow. Disadvantage that they only accept refund procedures only until 2 pm. I suggest putting an evening schedule for receiving documents.
