★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asco de servicio, preguntas por un servicio y te dicen que no tienen lo que necesitas cuando el 01800 te dice que el servicio unicamente te lo puede dar la tienda fisica, al parecer a estos señores les vale vender seguros, solo gente selecta o yo que se .... Al final me tendre que ir con la competencia.
Disgust of service, you ask for a service and they tell you that they do not have what you need when the 01800 tells you that the service can only be given by the physical store, apparently these gentlemen are worth selling insurance, only select people or I who I know ... In the end I will have to go with the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. Un robo! Tengo años pagando servidos de axa por medio de la compañía engie. Ahora que lo necesito, no resuelven mi problema! Tras 5 llamadas en las cuales prometieron enviar un técnico a mi casa el miércoles 4 de mayo, este nunca llegó. Volví a llamar hoy 7 de mayo y me prometieron que llegaría antes de las 4 pm. Llamo a las 5:30 y me dicen que ya era tarde y quizás para el lunes. PESIMO!
Terrible service. A theft! I have been paying for axa services through the engie company for years. Now that I need it, they don't solve my problem! After 5 calls in which they promised to send a technician to my house on Wednesday, May 4, he never came. I called again today May 7th and they promised me that it would arrive before 4 pm. I call at 5:30 and they tell me that it was already late and maybe for Monday. APPALLING!
