★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me lesioné la espalda baja haciendo ejercicio. Estar sentada me resultaba doloroso, y estar de pie era insoportable. Buscando alivio al dolor, intenté varias terapias y medicinas, lo cuál funcionaba pero solo de forma temporal. Lo que realmente me quitó el dolor de forma definitiva fue ir a Axis Mundi. Fue el primer lugar en el cuál me dieron a entender la raíz del dolor y el cuidado de una buena postura. Fue tan grande la liberación de tensión que al día siguiente me sentí muy cansada, pero sin dolor. Mi siguiente sesión (una semana después) me quitó el dolor por completo.
En dos sesiones, habían terminado meses de dolor.
Después de mi grata experiencia entendí la importancia de una buena salud en la columna y seguí yendo, primero cada mes, después cada tres meses y después dos veces al año. Así lo he echo por más de 12 años y espero con ansias el día que voy porque es quitar la tensión de mi espalda, lo cual me da una sonrisa inmediata.
I injured my lower back while exercising. Sitting was painful for me, and standing was excruciating. Seeking pain relief, I tried various therapies and medications, which worked but only temporarily. What really took the pain away for good was going to Axis Mundi. It was the first place in which they gave me to understand the root of pain and the care of a good posture. The release of tension was so great that the next day I felt very tired, but without pain. My next session (a week later) took the pain away completely.
In two sessions, months of pain had ended.
After my pleasant experience, I understood the importance of good spinal health and I kept going, first every month, then every three months, and then twice a year. I have done this for over 12 years and I look forward to the day I go because it takes the tension off my back, which gives me an immediate smile.
