Muy pacientes, sobre todo la pareja de señores un poco mayores que se ven como los dueños son súper agradables y pacientes. Definitivamente los recomiendo, también al joven que está en caja , muy dinámico , y además animo a mi hija a la compra y entrega de su bici, muy empático
Excellent attention, affordable prices. Very patient. I went to repair a bike first and then I bought my daughter a new one and they were very kind and respectful at all times. Very patient, especially the couple of slightly older men who look like the owners are super nice and patient. I definitely recommend them, also to the young man who is in a box, very dynamic, and I also encourage my daughter to buy and deliver her bike, very empathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente trato, apenas inicio en esto del ciclismo y suelo ser indeciso pero siempre me atendieron con amabilidad, respeto y con una paciencia que de verdad con una sola visita me pueden considerar cliente frecuente, después de hoy para mí no hay un mejor lugar para comprar repuestos e incluso mis próximas bicicletas (Hoy solo pase a comprar un casco anexo las fotos). Si pudiera les daba otras 5 estrellas...
Excellent treatment, I just started cycling and I am usually indecisive but they always attended me with kindness, respect and with a patience that really with a single visit I can be considered a frequent client, after today there is no better place for me to buy spare parts and even my next bikes (Today I just went to buy a helmet attached to the photos). If I could I would give them another 5 stars ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUCHA PRECAUCIÓN con el servicio del taller! Llevé mi bicicleta a servicio y cambio de balatas. En la primer salida al cerro, a media ruta, me di cuenta que la balata trasera se había caído por qué estaba mal instalada. Por suerte no fue en una bajada, pudo haber sido muy peligroso. Regrese al taller y aceptaron reparar la bicicleta sin costo y colocar un balata nueva. Para mi sorpresa, al llegar por al bicicleta me encuentro con el puño de la bicicleta roto. Ni siquiera el puño de freno que repararon! El mecánico insistió que no sabía que había pasado y me ofrecieron un serivicio mecánico gratis. Además de que el costo de su servicio no cubre ni la mitad de lo que cuestan los puños con que confianza volver a un lugar así. Revisen su bicicleta y tomen fotos para tener evidencia y poder pelear los daños que un servicio negligente puede causar a su patrimonio.
VERY CAUTION with the workshop service! I took my bike to service and change brake pads. On the first exit to the hill, halfway through, I realized that the rear brake pad had fallen because it was incorrectly installed. Luckily it was not on a descent, it could have been very dangerous. I went back to the workshop and they agreed to repair the bike at no cost and put a new brake pad on. To my surprise, when I got to the bike, I found the bike's grip broken. Not even the brake handle that they repaired! The mechanic insisted that he did not know what had happened and they offered me a free mechanical service. In addition to the fact that the cost of their service does not cover even half of what the cuffs cost with which to return to such a place with confidence. Check your bike and take photos to have evidence and to be able to fight the damages that a negligent service can cause to your heritage.
