Even when it's not expensive, I ate at Tuxtla's same restaurant, the same price, but the food was too much better. In Palenque was very simple, a lot of veggies and salads, none regional dish. Good enough for kill the hungry, no marvelous.

There's a paintball place about 1/2 a mile away. The pizza place next door and other restaurants within walking distance are delish. Perfect place to rest and relax, Wi-Fi available, if you don't want to completely disappear.
B	Brenton Ezeofor (Breezeo99) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel. The booking was perfect. Everything work out. There is one person on staff who speaks english. He is very friendly and helpful. The thatch roofs need to be realigned. They need raingutters in between the units becuase when it rains it pours and funnels through this area. I loved staying here and would stay here again. Fresh squeezed juice everyday and the breakfast is very good.
