★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metí el carro reparación el lunes y el compromiso de entrega fue jueves, hoy viernes no me lo entregan, no me dan información y lo peor de todo es que nunca contestan en el numero que ustedes me dieron. No tengo duda de la calidad del servicio que pueden dar pero hay una gran oportunidad en la comunicación con el cliente. Sugiero mejorarla y pues a seguir en espera, no hay de otra.
I put the repair car in on Monday and the delivery commitment was Thursday, today Friday they don't give it to me, they don't give me information and worst of all is that they never answer the number you gave me. I have no doubt about the quality of service they can provide but there is a great opportunity in communication with the client. I suggest improving it and then to continue waiting, there is no other way.
