En un inicio su internet y servicio de TV lograban minimizar esta carencia en el servicio, pero ultimadamente están a la par. El internet se desconecta constantemente, el aparato de TV falla muy seguido, el alcance WiFi es malo. Definitivamente algo tienen que hacer si es que quieren conservar a sus clientes. Es incomprensible que una empresa de servicio de su supuesta altura tenga tanta carencia en el "dar servicio".

Me dicen que tarfaran 10 dias en venir a arreglar la falla. O sea 10.dias sin poder trabajar, ver tv y hablar por telefono. NO RECOMIENDO Axtel, hoy Izzi.
