Always giving those useless Zhones routers on which wifi speed is less then 2mb. Every day internet doesn’t work for like an hour and in axtel they saying to wait for a month for someone to come and check
Comparing to all other internet providers I definitely saying that axtel is the worst not even in Mexico but in all countries I’ve been to
Poor speed
Randomly stop working
Poor customer service
Slow on fixing their problems
