★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comencé a hacer yoga terapéutico con Ayari en la pandemia. -Ya había tomado sesiones con otros instructores y no me convencían en su totalidad.-
En las clases de Ayari me relajo al mismo tiempo que trabajo muscularmente, lo cual me ánima a no faltar a sus clases.

 I started doing therapeutic yoga with Ayari in the pandemic. -I had already taken sessions with other instructors and they did not fully convince me.-
In Ayari's classes I relax while working my muscles, which encourages me not to miss her classes.
