The accommodation is small but comfortable, I would suggest leaving extra blankets, the room is somewhat cold. The attention of the person in charge is excellent.

Las ventanas no protegen del ruido, aparte del ruido de los coches cada unos minutos pasa el avión encima, el clóset ocupa LA MITAD del cuarto, la pregunta es - para que???? Ropa de la cama huele demasiado a jabón hasta que se tapa la nariz, no dormimos absolutamente NADA! It is a pig of experience. The room is sooooo small, there is nothing to do with the photos. The windows do not protect from noise, apart from the noise of the cars every few minutes the plane passes over, the closet occupies HALF of the room, the question is - for what???? Bed clothes smell too much of soap until you cover your nose, we do not sleep at all!
L	Laura O. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den einen Stern gibt es für die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Frühstück auch okay, bisschen Toast und Kaffee. Haben über Booking gebucht. Das Zimmer, das uns zugeteilt wurde, sah nicht im Ansatz aus wie auf den Bildern. Eigenes Badezimmer war zwar da, das Zimmer an sich jedoch in einem unnötig großen Komplex, in dem sich dann auch ein anderes Zimmer befindet. Bis auf (sehr simple!) Zahlencodes an der Fronttür, sind die Räume teilweise nicht mal abzuschließen. Es war nicht sauber, die Hälfte des Bettes war nicht überzogen und Handtücher fehlten. Kopfteil des Bettes war lose an die Wand gelehnt. Sehr laut an der Straße. UBahn circa 10 min zu Fuß, sonst mit dem Taxi ca. 20 min ins Zentrum. The one star is for the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast ok too, some toast and coffee. Booked through Booking. The room we were given didn't look anything like the pictures. Although there was a private bathroom, the room itself was in an unnecessarily large complex, in which there was also another room. Apart from (very simple!) numerical codes on the front door, some of the rooms cannot even be locked. It wasn't clean, half of the bed wasn't made up and towels were missing. The headboard of the bed was leaning loosely against the wall. Very noisy on the street. Subway about 10 minutes on foot, otherwise about 20 minutes by taxi to the center.
M	Medical Photography on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ANYMORE. This is not the first time I use this place to stay. I used to love La Joya but my experience was not grateful this last time, the ladies didn't want to clean up my room several times and every time I asked them to do it they said they have to check with the administration for permission. Breakfast wasn't good and the attitude of the girls was horrible. I don't feel like I want to go back to that place again ever.

The hotel is great the lady who attended us was super nice, excellent customer service and pretty. Perfect for couples to have a mini vacation. Bad: There is no trash can in the room, no mirror and no hot water. Also in the room where I was ph2 room 3 the door makes a lot of noise. So everyone know when I open the door and close the door.

Only flag is they only allow 2 people per room and the walls are thin so don’t plan nothing too crazy ? ! There is a security guarding the entrance at all times and the rooms are small but very clean!
