★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estos se pasaron! Venia de otro país pague un taxi que me llevó al hotel a las 11pm. Ni siquiera un aviso de donde se encontraba había reservado por booking había pagado... y el regalo de bienvenida en mexico fue decirme que no tenían habitaciones... simplemente no querían hospedarme simplemente mejor pues me quedé en un hotel próximo con desayuno y a mejor precio!... piensa antes de meterte en esa cueva del lobo!
 These are gone! I came from another country and paid for a taxi that took me to the hotel at 11pm. Not even a notice of where it was I had booked through booking I had paid... and the welcome gift in Mexico was to tell me that they had no rooms... they just didn't want to stay with me, simply better because I stayed in a nearby hotel with breakfast and better price!... think before you get into that wolf cave!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super, si buscas algo céntrico, práctico, seguro y limpio este es el lugar, ame la regadera, solo recomiendo poner otra frazada ya que no es frío pero si fresco. Mary a mi llegada me brindo todas las facilidades para realizar el check in, nada complicado, al salir estaba un chico, igual de amable.
Super, if you are looking for something central, practical, safe and clean this is the place, love the shower, I only recommend putting another blanket since it is not cold but fresh. On my arrival Mary gave me all the facilities to check in, nothing complicated, when I left there was a boy, just as friendly.

Sin embargo, los baños ni siquiera tienen papel higiénico, afortunadamente hay un seven eleven en la esquina, además de que la ventilación del lugar es mala, tampoco hay ventiladores o aire acondicionado, los canales de la televisión no se veían, no hay plancha. La atención del personal bien, y el sitio es seguro, bien si sólo es para quedarse una noche.
The location of the place is the salvageable thing. However, the bathrooms don't even have toilet paper, luckily there is a seven eleven in the corner, plus the ventilation of the place is poor, there are also no fans or air conditioning, the TV channels were not seen, there is no iron. The attention of the staff is good, and the site is safe, good if it is only to stay one night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place front desk is nice. The room was nice but the floor was dirty and also had women hair from previous stay. There was only one water when it was party of 2 maybe should provide 2 waters depending on how many guest are staying at hotel. The tv did not work someone’s log in was on and we could not connect to our Netflix account. It didn’t give us access to it at all so we did not watch any tv at all. The walls are very thin you can hear people walking and talking. They also did not come to clean our room one day (even though we put the sign for cleaning) when we needed the most because we needed new towels. There is not enough towels plus we needed a small wash towel to clean our body with soap. The neighborhood was nice that’s about it but needs work on there hospitality overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me this is the right amonunt between luxurious and sipmlicity. You do need to check with them which room you want because there is a big difference between them, so i waited for someone to check out for the room that i wanted.
The room without the balcony and the window is huge with a huge bad (more than king size) and huge bathroom., the room with the balcony has a queen size bad. there is no AC but they have a fan if you ask for it.
The beds are super comfortable for this price and it is very clean if you suffer from dust mites. that is where my 5 star goes too. of course great location with everything around , safe and quiet.
I didnt understand the plugs at the ceiling tho ?
there are more plugs everywhere and has everything you need in a room..
2 bottles of water,towels,table,cup,place to hang your cloths, chair, soaps, blankets, nice night lights

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really clean and the location is great. It is really easy to walk to Polanco and there is a 7 eleven, and a pharmacy really close by. There is always someone at the reception and they are really polite. The bed was comfortable and the shower works great. It is great value for money if you need a place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. On the other side, the rooms seem a bit bigger and colorful in the pictures (Mc Donald’s burger effect), the walls were not really soundproof so you could hear every time someone goes to the toilet and also all the noise coming from the street. Internet was really really bad.
