★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visite A&M Bikes para 2 servicios (el 1ro fue de frenos a una bicicleta infantil y el 2do para un paquete “medio” de mantenimiento).
Lo bueno: los chicos que atienden dan buena atención y son amables; la ubicación de su local es accesible y a 30 m hay lugar para estacionarte frente a la Plaza Estado de México; tienen pago con tarjeta, en cada servicio te entregan una nota de remisión (en muchos talleres de bicicletas a veces la entrega se hace solo con la palabra) y tiene redes sociales, te contestan por WhatsApp. También tienen refacciones y accesorios disponibles.
Lo malo: en ambos servicios no entregaron a tiempo y tampoco me avisaron que se retrasarían, llegada la hora los contacte para la entrega y me dijeron que no estaría. En los frenos de la bicicleta infantil no le pusieron las terminales a los chicotes y para la otra bicicleta requerí de un paquete medio que incluye un lavado a profundidad y armorol, el tema fue que la llevaron y estaba lloviendo al día siguiente la revise pude ver que algunas parte lucían más limpias pero había partes en el marco que lucían sucias, no puedo decir si el paquete medio conviene.
En general el servicio es bueno.
Visit A&M Bikes for 2 services (1st was for brakes on a children's bike and 2nd for a “medium” maintenance package).
The good: the guys who attend give good attention and are friendly; the location of their premises is accessible and 30 m away there is room to park in front of the Plaza Estado de México; They have payment by card, in each service they give you a referral note (in many bicycle workshops sometimes the delivery is done only with the word) and it has social networks, they answer you on WhatsApp. They also have spare parts and accessories available.
The bad: in both services they did not deliver on time and they did not notify me that they would be delayed, when the time came I contacted them for delivery and they told me they would not be there. In the brakes of the children's bicycle they did not put the terminals on the whips and for the other bicycle I required a medium package that includes a deep wash and armorol, the issue was that they took it and it was raining the next day I checked it I could see that some parts looked cleaner but there were parts on the frame that looked dirty, I can't tell if the medium package suits.
In general the service is good.
