★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos acostumbrados a que en dependencias del gobierno te hagan esperar, sean groseros, etc. Sin embargo en este ayuntamiento siempre me han tratado bien, buena orientación, rapidez y han cumplido con su trabajo. Ese es el deber ser pues son funcionarios públicos, pero también se les agradece.
We are used to government agencies making you wait, being rude, etc. However, in this town hall they have always treated me well, good guidance, speed and they have done their job. That is the duty to be because they are public officials, but they are also appreciated.

Mi trámite duro 10 minutos y me entregaron al instante mi copia certificada del acta de nacimiento.
Excellent attention in the civil registry office and in the treasury box on the ground floor.
My process lasted 10 minutes and they gave me instantly my certified copy of the birth certificate.
