Ayuntamiento de Poza Rica practican la inclusión a las personas con discapacidad, pero solo medianamente ya que hay existencia de suficientes rampas y todas son amplías para permitir un acceso fácil y adecuado, pero únicamente en el primer nivel, pues para acceder al segundo piso sólo hay escaleras.
Sus baños no son muy espaciosos y podrían mejorar agregando más tapas para mejorar el acceso a todas las áreas
In Mapatón 2017 I could see that in h. City Council of Poza Rica practice the inclusion of people with disabilities, but only moderately since there are enough ramps and they are all wide to allow easy and adequate access, but only on the first level, since to access the second floor there is only stairs.
Their bathrooms are not very spacious and could be improved by adding more covers to improve access to all areas

Sanitisan el lugar cada vez que alguien entra, se cambia de asiento y de ventanilla, tienen papelitos para secarse las manos después de ponerse el gel.
Me quedé sorprendida y los felicité.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No son puntuales con los horarios de las citas, te hacen esperar al rededor de 35-40 minutos más (comentario, no queja).
También a considerar, es difícil encontrar lugar para estacionarse y toda la zona es con parquímetro.
A unos metros de las oficinas hay un local de copias e impresiones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui tramitar un Acta de Nacimiento, Tuve esperar a que atendieran primero a los que tenían ficha, valió la pena dos horas, se realizó el trámite y afortunadamente hoy más tarde me entregan mi documento. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad están de lujo las atenciones. Vinimos desde Monterrey a hacer cita y todo se arregló en un día, las chicas super amables y muy educadas ayudando a las personas de la tercera edad a llenar los papeles. Excelente todo el servicio. Nada que ver con Papantla.
The attention is truly luxurious. We came from Monterrey to make an appointment and everything was arranged in one day, the girls were super friendly and very polite helping the elderly to fill out the papers. Excellent all the service. Nothing to do with Papantla.

En ninguna oficina de la secretaria de relaciones exteriores, no nos habian dado un trato tan personalizado y de manera tan rapido, amable y tan profesional en el tramite de nuestros pasaportes. Felicidades por ser una oficina a la vanguardia en calidad y atencion a los solicitantes.
