★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. ordene 10 cajas de nugget y nunca me llegaron, se comunico la vendedora y me aseguro que llegaban en el transcurso del dia pero nunca llegaron. Muy mal el servicio no cumplen con las entregas.
Terrible service. I ordered 10 boxes of nugget and they never arrived, the salesperson contacted me and made sure that they arrived during the day but they never arrived. Too bad the service does not deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es pésima van cambiando a cada rato a los vendedores y en ese cambio se les pierde la pista ya no contestan, y llamas a la bodega y nunca contestan y siempre andan vendiendo los repartidores mercancía que les "sobra" a eso sumado que la mercancía se les escasea según ellos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pasado 16 de Enero del 2020, realicé una compra de los llamados nuggets de pechuga de Ayvi por 10 kilos como mínimo que venden y, de los cuales, de menos de 1 kilo salieron 5 piezas con cueros de tamaño considerable comprobado por 2 de mis clientes y por mí. Se le avisó al vendedor, solicitando el cambio de producto o la devolución del dinero. Hasta el día de hoy, Feb. 27, no me han resuelto. El vendedor quedó en reembolsar e ir por 3 kilos de primera instancia y, aùn sabiendo que, en el negocio no hay tanto lugar para ocupar con su mercancía van 3 días que nos dice que irá y nos deja plantados, ni siquiera la atención de llamar para cancelar sus visitas. Al día de ayer, ya ni contesta a las llamadas. Pésimo producto y mal servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al igual que los demás llega a fallar la logística y lo que son productos, tender grandísimos y grasosos , en los nugguets me han salido pedazos de cartón, me vendieron hoy una caja que según era ala empanizada y eran puros pedazos de muslos golpeados y grasosos (todos los productos más grasosos de lo normal) y golpeados que parece que primero se los dan a los policías municipales y luego ya los sacan a la venta!!! La verdad para esos productos es muy alto el costo es mejor en bachoco todos los productos alas,tender, nugguet con una diferencia de aprox $2 x kilo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca llego mi pedido. Realice el dia jueves mi pedido. Me aseguro el de ventas que llegaria el viernes. Y el viernes me dijeron que no habia en existencia. Y que sin falta el Lunes. Fue lo mismo mi pedido no llego. Se comunico la Señorita Janet Mendez de Grupo Aivy. Ella quedo formalmemte de asegurar mi pedido y no llego. Asco de empresa. Ni el vendedor, ni la supervisora pudieron realizar un simple pedido. Me dejan en visto los dos cobardes!
Eso habla mal de una empresa. Mejor digan que no quieren vender!
My order never arrived. I placed my order on Thursday. I make sure the sales one would arrive on Friday. And on Friday they told me they were not in stock. And without fail on Monday. It was the same, my order did not arrive. Miss Janet Mendez from Grupo Aivy communicated. She formally agreed to secure my order and it did not arrive. Company disgust. Neither the seller nor the supervisor could make a simple order. The two cowards let me see it!
That speaks ill of a company. Better say they don't want to sell!
