Pedí la opción DESPIERTA CORAZÓN y todo muy bien llega en su cajita y las flores muy bonitas fue un pedido de un día para otro y me respondieron mis dudas por whats app igual y llego después de la hora del desayuno pero pues no se si tenga que ver que lo pedí a las 7:00 pm del día anterior solo creo que eso puede mejorar cuando son desayunos. pero en general todo bien :) de la foto solo es la caja de corazones y las 4 rosas.

Hice, literalmente, un pedido de la noche a la mañana siguiente. El envío llegó en el horario estimado. Las flores (arreglo de rosas) muy bonitas y frescas. ????? Si bien es difícil contactarlos vía telefónica, sí respondieron mi email y me aclararon una duda. La persona que recibió el arreglo le encantaron las rosas. ❤️ ? P. D. Quizás el envío llegó sin problemas porque fue requerido en la tienda de la colonia Roma Norte para ser enviado en la misma colonia.

Las flores son de primera calidad siempre hago pedido en la página de azap y los recomiendo mucho, nunca me han quedado mal , todo super bien!!!

Compre un globo de cumpleaños por medio de la página web. Al momento de entregarlo me habló un repartidor de LalaMove un servicio externo para decirme que no encontraba dónde estacionar su coche que la persona que recibiría el regalo tendría que salir a buscarlo. Pésimo servicio de entrega al final el repartidor entregó a quién sabe quién, no pidió nombre completo de quién lo recibió y cortó comunicación con la tienda. Al final la persona para quién era el regalo va a tener que buscar dónde lo dejaron y con quién. La entrega es en un complejo de oficinas y si no tienen capacidad para hacer este tipo de entregas es no ofrezcan este servicio ya que en su página no especifican que el servicio es externo (cobran por la entrega en la pagina eh, no es gratis) o que tienen limitaciones. Al final pagué por un regalo que no recibió la persona y fue un problema de una llamada de 1 hora en la que nadie me ofreció una solución concreta.

I have a great experience to ordered gift in AZAP Flores. Other services provide something similar and not what I want exactly - they or didn't have English version of website, or didn't speak. I had some problems with ordering and adress but Ana in live chat correct me, always was available for questions and made surprise in all one's beauty. Thank you. Wish you prosperity. They have terrible customer service. I have been ordering from them for over a year now and they always seem to screw the order. The flowers are great but the service is terrible. The employees don’t seem to care much about the customers and they think they’re always right. All flowers I have purchased from them are delivered with box and box cover. I have had 5 orders with box and this last one they did not add a cover, so I called them to try and get them to send it to me and Monica kept saying the cover is not included when all this time I’ve been ordering and have been receiving them with box cover. Plus every time I call she just talks back and has no respect for the customer. I really hope she’s not the owner because it would just be terrible for this business. Also, flowers delivered to that special someone are meant to be a surprise.. why call the person receiving the flowers to ask for directions every 5 minutes to have those flowers delivered? It ruins the surprise all together. This was the last time I used this company for something so special like this. Avoid talking to Monica!! She’s just the worst!! New update March 24, 2020 After speaking with Ana Luisa Diez she was very easy to talk to and very professional, she was able to help me out through this stressful process. We arranged to have the box cover sent out to me and she explained to me about the confusion as to why the item was not sent out to me, something that Monica could not explain and kept arguing about. Honestly, Ana Luisa Diez was very professional and made me trust AZAP Flores again.
