If I could put zero stars I would. Definitely the worst place I've ever been, so much so that I ended up canceling the scheduled massage. My girlfriend and I bought 2 massage and facial packages through the Cuponatic page, as the promotion said, we sent a message via WhatsApp to schedule the appointment, when we sent it from my girlfriend's cell phone, the person in charge of the place stopped answering us and when I did I confirmed the appointment on a Saturday at 11 am. Upon arrival, the same manager tells us that she did not record our appointment and that she did not remember giving us that information, although we had it in writing and excused with "Mercury Retrograde" the lack of professionalism on her part. He also told us that although we bought 2 packages, one for each of us, we were going to have to share the time and I would have to be alternating between my girlfriend and me at the same time as if it were a single package. Seeing how dirty and small the space where we would get the massages was, we decided not to continue in this business, we kindly requested a refund from Cuponatic since we would not return to get a half-baked massage in an unhealthy place, to which the person in charge assaulted us via WhatsApp. Thank God Cuponatic ended up reimbursing us after showing them evidence of the situation, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
