★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio desde que llegas, hay valet parking, medidas de seguridad para acceder al Laboratorio, todos muy amables y la atención rápida ya que tomas turno y sala de espera.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente, de los Laboratorios más económicos y confiables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud de la ginecóloga, comentarios ofensivos (según ella, la culpa de que el estudio no saliera dos veces es porque no tengo hijos a mi edad), me lastimaron y luego dijeron que ya estaba menstruando lo cual es una completa mentira, mal trato y no quisieron hacerme una devolución. El peor lugar para hacerse ese tipo de estudios.
Terrible attitude of the gynecologist, offensive comments (according to her, the fault that the study did not come out twice is because I do not have children at my age), they hurt me and then they said that I was already menstruating which is a complete lie, bad treatment And they didn't want to give me a refund. The worst place to do that kind of studies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. No dejaron entrar a 2 personas para un estudio que las requiere. Desde que mi hija nació hemos estado en Pandemia, y en la sucursal de Ixtapaluca nos pedían que entráramos ambos padres para sostenerla. En esta sucursal de Universidad, no me dejaron entrar, que por protocolos, y mi bebé se asustó mucho, lloró mucho y se movió mucho para la toma de Rayos X, el personal es grosero y no se toman la mínima molestia de preguntar o darte soluciones.
Y por teléfono nunca atendieron la queja.
No vayan.
Terrible attention. They did not let 2 people in for a study that requires them. Since my daughter was born we have been in a Pandemic, and at the Ixtapaluca branch they asked us for both parents to come in to support her. In this branch of the University, they did not let me enter, due to protocols, and my baby got very scared, cried a lot and moved a lot to take X-rays, the staff is rude and they do not take the slightest trouble to ask or give you solutions.
And on the phone they never answered the complaint.
Do not go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SIEMPRE pidan cotización por WhatsApp, teléfono y en ventanilla. Me he dado cuenta que cambian los costos con una diferencia enorme. La que mejor precio ha tenido en mi caso es por WhatsApp, de 1,500 a qué si pregunto en ventanilla me los dejan en 3,000 y solo baja si compro una membresía.
Creo que es importante que fijen sus precios, la gente mayor que no sabe moverse en las tecnologías es quien acaba pagando más, y no es justo.
ALWAYS ask for a quote by WhatsApp, phone and at the window. I have noticed that the costs change with a huge difference. The one that has had the best price in my case is for WhatsApp, from 1,500 to what if I ask at the window they leave me at 3,000 and it only goes down if I buy a membership.

Desde el día 12 de marzo he estado pidiendo un reembolso debido a que pague un Ecocardiograma con cita 8/Marzo, ya que antes de que comenzarán a hacérselo a mi familiar el aparato del Laboratorio clínico "AZTECA" sucursal UNIVERSIDAD se descompuso y no lo realizaron, aclarando que el pago YA SE HABÍA HECHO. He estado llamando desde la fecha antes mencionada y no me han dado solución, me hacen volver a llamar y ya van muchas veces, la verdad me urge tener el reembolso ya que considero está fuera de mi alcance este acontecimiento y no recibo ninguna respuesta de su parte.
