★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mantenimiento preventivo a los aparatos, paneles en mal estado, los instructores de la tarde son buenos pero se segmentan para la atención, algunos son groseros y están ahí para asesorar, no tiene forma de decir, si están ahí es para orientar a todas las personas no solo a sus amistades y evitar que uno se lesione, eso se puede mejorar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es agradable,los aparatos son prácticos,y ay buena igiene , pero la atención de la recepcionista,con la cual me e quejado mas de dos veces por el acoso visual y verbal de cierto individuo y no solo hacia mi si no a varias chicas más, que también se an quejado deja mucho que desear,nunca se hace nada en este lugar vtu opinión como mujer no cuenta

Las instalaciones son agradadables, sin embargo yo al día siguiente que me inscribí recibí una atención déspota y cero agradable del entrenador en el horario de las 5:30 am y de la recepcionista, e igualmente a las 4:00pm que fui a levantar un queja y resulta que no puedes. Cabe mencionar que fui respetuosa hasta el momento en el que ellos lo fueron. Para tener un entrenamiento agradable, este NO es el lugar.
Terrible service. The facilities are nice, however the day after I signed up I received despotic and zero pleasant attention from the coach at 5:30 am and from the receptionist, and also at 4:00 pm when I went to file a complaint and it turns out you can't. It is worth mentioning that I was respectful until the moment they were. To have a nice workout, this is NOT the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los aparatos están "bien" lo que ya NO me agrada, es que te empiezan a correr 10:30 de la noche, empiezan a cerrar todo y guardar y como eso de 10:45 ya te apagan las luces para que ya te vayas, y no logras completar tu rutina. Pido más atención a ello, no se vale que ya se quieran ir y te corran del gym.
Ahora si no eres amiga de los instructores ni te fuman, y por atención de deben acercar a ti.
The appliances are "okay" what I don't like anymore is that they start to run at 10:30 at night, they start to close everything and store and like that at 10:45 they already turn off the lights so you can leave, and you can't complete your routine. I ask for more attention to it, it is not worth that they already want to leave and they kick you out of the gym.
Now if you are not friends with the instructors or they smoke you, and for their attention they should approach you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No funciona ni una de sus caminadoras ni escaleras, los empleados no realizan la limpieza de mancuernas y equipo, constantemente se quedan sin luz pero lo peor de todo son sus entrenadores en especial el de en la mañana, entrena y ayuda solo a sus amigos y a quien quiere, en caso de accidentes tampoco ayuda y cuando él entrena con sus amigos, dejan cargados los equipos con pesos muy grandes aún cuando el reglamento que el DEBE conocer y respetar dice que debes descargar las máquinas.
