★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy bonito, privado, con vigilancia permanente en áreas comunes; las instalaciones de las piscinas son excelentes y muy limpias.
El único problema está que en la terraza piscina, está letrero que anuncia un horario para el uso común y la administración no lo respeta; informa que el horario es de 8 am a 10 pm y cuando llegas a utilizarla el guardia no te permite ingresar sino hasta las 12 pm y te indican que te retires a las 8 pm.
Otra experiencia mala fue el día de ayer, pues sin previo aviso, simplemente no permitieron el ingreso a la piscina por un supuesto mantenimiento, pero a simple vista no se observaba algún tratamiento al lugar. Varios inquilinos mostraron su molestia al llegar a utilizar las instalaciones y se les negó el ingreso.

A very nice, private place, with permanent surveillance in common areas; the pool facilities are excellent and very clean.
The only problem is that on the pool terrace, there is a sign that announces a schedule for common use and the administration does not respect it; It informs that the hours are from 8 am to 10 pm and when you arrive to use it the guard does not allow you to enter until 12 pm and they tell you to leave at 8 pm.
Another bad experience was yesterday, because without prior notice, they simply did not allow entry to the pool for alleged maintenance, but at first glance, no treatment was observed at the place. Several tenants showed their annoyance when arriving to use the facilities and were denied entry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo fraccionamiento, las casas están mal construidas y que presentan fugas, goteras. La constructora como administración cometen fraudes. En temporada de vacaciones el agua está verde, ya que meten en una casa pequeña 20 personas. Si van de vacaciones eviten pasar un mal sabor de boca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito lugar, aunque un poco elevado su precio. Tiene acceso a la piscina pero es tedioso la seguridad excesiva para entrar ya que se necesita registrar, apartar con tiempo el lugar, hay pocas sombras para las personas que van.
