Azul Maya - 77400 Isla Mujeres

This is the most perfect little getaway! My friend and I stayed here for a week in February for her birthday, and we were beyond pleased with just about every aspect of it. Angel was fantastic - friendly and knowledgable. He made sure that all our needs were met and questions were answered, and had great recommendations for things to do around the island. LOCATION: Perfect! Tucked away enough that it didn't feel too touristy, but still very easy to get to all the main attractions. It is also right across the street from a fun little beach club/restaurant that became our go-to for nightly drinks/desserts and a lovely ocean view. AMENITIES: The room was spacious and well-kept. Every day, we would come back to cute little towel-animals designed by housekeeping. At the time we were there, there was a lot of construction going on, so we found ourselves going across the street to the beach rather than lounging by the infinity pool. This wasn't enough to dampen the experience though, and I look forward to seeing the end result of the renovations! We are considering coming back to the island again this year, and are definitely looking to revisit Casa Azul Maya. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect in every way. Very welcoming staff and exceptionally clean room. Near a nice beach restaurant and bar as well as the south side of the island. Very nice infinity pool and breakfast delivered to your room. We stayed in multiple hotels this trip. Casa Azul Maya was the least expensive and by far the nicest.

The best place of the seven we stayed at during our vacation in Mexico. Very helpful and nice personnel, great, big, clean, well-located (next to the sea and Punta Sur) apartments. Free bikes were at our disposal, plus snorkeling, and the breakfast was great, too! Strongly recommended.

Amazing place. Service at the highest level. Tasty breakfasts overlooking the sea. A hotel employee named Angel is a real angel. Incredibly helpful, professional and kind. We will definitely go back there.

Super nice people, big clean rooms with equipped kitchen. Breakfast included in 2 different restaurants (I recommend the farthest one ). A beach near by is included with water sport equipment. Very very recommended

Hotel Casa Azul Maya turned out to be exactly what I was looking for during my stay in Isla Mujeres. The hotel was privately located just off the main road. Rooms were very large compared to what I had expected. I appreciated in our double bed room that both beds were kings! The shower and sink looked newly updated. I also appreciated that they provided a big container of fresh water for us to refill water bottles and provided cups with. The staff were very extremely accommodating. Anytime we reached out they were happy to help. Highly recommend staying here!! Kinha across the street also turned out to be a hit for us for breakfast and all day activity - laying out, swimming, playing volleyball, rope swing, kayaking, snorkeling they really had it all!

Such a lovely place. Away from the hectic of the center but if you like to ride a scooter it’s by far the best choice on the island. The manager Angel is truly an angel! We stayed here in August 2021 and had a great time. Less touristy, more authentic, gorgeous and spacious room! For breakfast we recommend going into the city center because we didn’t like the beach club at all (loud music and fried food)
