Cuando solicité el reembolso me dijeron que si, pero me han hecho dar muchas vueltas con promesas de que lo haran, finalmente tuve que pedir la ayuda de la PROFECO para que cumplieran. Yo era cliente frecuente, después de esto nunca volveré a comprarles material.
Que decepción.
Terrible attention, they did not give me a material that was paid in full in advance. When I requested the refund they said yes, but they have made me give many turns with promises that they will, finally I had to ask the help of PROFECO to comply. I was a frequent customer, after this I will never buy material from them again.
What a disappointment.
