★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO, SON UNOS INRESPONSABLES pero buenos para cobrar me cobraron 21 cajas de azulejo y solamente entraron 20 cajas, el chofer quedo en que me llevaria la restante y es fecha que no entregan nada marcas ala tienda nadie te contesta te manda directo a un buzon, no hay respuesta de parte de la tienda, Pesimo servicio la verdad.
POOR SERVICE, THEY ARE UNRESPONSIBLE but good at collecting they charged me 21 boxes of tile and only 20 boxes entered, the driver agreed that he would take me the rest and it is the date that they do not deliver anything brands to the store, no one answers you, he sends you directly to a mailbox , there is no response from the store, really bad service.

Terrible service. Almost 2 months so that they could deliver my order and when they take it, the super rude delivery man saying that it was not his obligation to bring it to the address.

Con que se equivocaron o similares lemente el producto ya se agoto.todas sus sucursales son ineficientes.lentos y flojos
They are quite Irresponsible. They open at the time they feel like their schedule, they never respect it and the costs they give you over the phone are low, but when you get to the store they leave. With which they were wrong or similar, the product is already sold out.All its branches are inefficient, slow and lazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO... Compre por metros y ellos ventajosamente me cobraron por cajas excediendo exageradamente los metros. Cuando fui a que me ajustarán los metros que necesitaba me cobraban el 20% sobre mi factura a pesar de que la equivocación era de ellos. Como no nos quedó de otra nos hicieron esperar horas. Para nunca volver a comprar en ese lugar.
PESIMO SERVICE ... I bought by the meter and they advantageously charged me for boxes exceeding the meters. When I went to have the meters I needed adjusted, they charged me 20% on my bill even though the mistake was theirs. Since we had no choice, they made us wait for hours. To never buy in that place again.
