★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio de entrega es pésimo tardadisimo, es mucha gente mal coordinada, necesitan quien los organice, necesitan más vehículos si no quieres que te destruyan la programación y planeación de tu proyecto de construcción busca otras opciones porque además barato no es suerte.

There is a good variety and lots, but the organization inside is not great. They charge you in 5 minutes but they dispatch you in half an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se realizo un pedido de porcelanato y no lo tuvieron en tiempo, la actitud de la vendedora dio mucho que desear, como si te hiciera un favor al venderte y no es así, y después llega el pedido roto y por llamada te exigen que autorices ese material, cuando es culpa de ellos, lo regresan y se les da aun más tiempo para que lo entreguen y 1 semana después lo entregan pero no es el modelo que se les solicito, entonces para que venden algo que no tienen, pero si te exigen que lo pagues por adelantado, si no no lo piden a su fabrica. La verdad pésima atención y actitud, me quedo con un mal sabor de boca, porque se les pago, se les dio más tiempo para la entrega, y aun así te contestan mal, fue una mala experiencia desde inicio a fin.

The truth is terrible attention and attitude, I am left with a bad taste in my mouth, because they were paid, they were given more time for delivery, and even so they answer you badly, it was a bad experience from start to finish.
