Cajas llenas de tierra, producto y entrega en mal estado, solo te hacen que compres y ni el producto tienen a la mano, a parte tienen letrero de que no se cobra entrega y a la mera hr te lo cobran. No siquiera revisan el producto a la entrega y solo te dan 3 días de garantía.
Les recomiendo mejor en baldor o interceramic.

Agregaría qué es mucho mejor pagar de contado lo que necesites, ya que si tienen intereses y no aceptan American Express.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al momento de realizar una compra no hay ningún inconveniente, al menos aparentemente porque las empleadas son indiscretas y cuando no están ocupadas se dedican a criticar a los clientes.
Se le solicitó a la vendedora que la compra se entregara en el domicilio un día específico y que se comunicara por celular, ya que ese día estaba destinado a la recepción del material solicitado, eran las 4 pm del día de recepción, por lo que decidí llamar para solicitar información referente a la entrega y me comentaron que el camión para reparto se quedó sin gasolina (cómo si no pudieran ir a cargar gasolina) razón por la que no me entregarían la mercancía.
Por si fuera poco le comenté a la señorita que me atendió por teléfono, que mínimo por atención al cliente me debieron llamar para estar enterado y tomar una decisión.
