★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente tienda, tiene una cabina de banco azteca que te super ayuda a acudir para evitar mucha gente en fila, el personal de banco azteca es muy amable, pero existe una en particular que es una persona excepcional, muy amable, muy dedicada y muy atenta.
La señora Fabiola, si van a tramitar su crédito de banco azteca pregunten por ella es súper amable y te ofrece el crédito para utilizar en azulmex.
Con respecto a la tienda, tiene bastante personal que está disponible para ayudarte a comparar azulejos, baños, artículos para regadera, boilers, calentadores de agua y al aplicar con tu crédito se difiere en pagos pequeños, una muy buena opción.

Esto es ideal para la gente que tiene prisa por concluir algún proyecto y no puede esperar a ver cuándo le tienen listo su azulejo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, compré una llave y me salió mal... tanto el vendedor como la "señora" encargada que sólo salió para el argüende y no para solucionar si no para discutir brinda una pésima atención. Terminaron por cambiarme mi llave. Este tipo de empleados afectan al negocio, nada les cuesta brindar el servicio, su proveedor se hará cargo del desperfecto, es solo las ganas de querer sentir un poco de autoridad, no escuchan al cliente, me arrepentí de no ir a Home Depot por la idea de apoyar al comercio local en esta pandemia y no exponerme a la concentración de personas.
En cualquier otra tienda sería esto el mal sabor de boca no habría pasado, la atención de los empleados es lo que distingue una empresa sería de un changarrito rascucho.
Ojalá este comentario llegue a los dueños y pueda de este modo implementar estrategias de calidad y de atención al cliente eficientes.
La llave que compré es una Rugo modelo 8 - CRF
Very bad service, I bought a key and it went wrong ... both the seller and the "lady" in charge who only came out for the argument and not to solve but to argue, provides terrible attention. They ended up changing my key. These types of employees affect the business, it costs them nothing to provide the service, their supplier will take care of the damage, it is only the desire to want to feel a little authority, they do not listen to the customer, I regretted not going to Home Depot for the idea of supporting local businesses in this pandemic and not exposing myself to the concentration of people.
In any other store this would be the bad taste in the mouth would not have happened, the attention of the employees is what distinguishes a company would be from a rascucho changarrito.
Hopefully this comment reaches the owners and can thus implement quality strategies and efficient customer service.
