Porque a diferencia de las demas, la del Reliz me dio un servicio excelente, amable mesera, atenta. Hasta nos abrio la puerta ya que traiamos carriola. Otra cosa, ahi si que pedir la promo vale la pena. Es extraño porque me parecio que los boneless estaban fresquisimos y las papas muy ricas, pensaria que deberian tener la misma calidad en todas sus sucursales pero no es asi. En las otras me parece que sus boneless no tienen casi pechuga, estan muuy empanizadas y algo chiclosas/duras, en una ocasion hasta nos las sirvieron frias (como si ubieran freido y sumergido a salsa fria). La mesera fue muy proactiva y servicial en todo momento. Se agradece. Ella era quien nos preguntaba "de que salsa querran su proxima orden, por lo del tiempo que tarda"... woow! En las otras hemos tenido la experiencia de que tenemos casi casi que presionar a la mesera para que vaya pidiendo la siguiente orden y tardan demasiado. En esta sucursal siento que no tardaron tanto en traer la comida como en las otras. Apesar de que les faltaban cosas como pizza, tarros, algunas aguas frescas, compensa el trato y la comida fresca fresca. Supieron resolverlo a nuestra satisfaccion. Buena experiencia, lo recomendamos!! No me importa ir a esta sucursal que es la que me queda mas lejos pero vale la pena. :) I tell you. I've been to all the B&B branches. I can tell you that the Reliz branch is the best! Why? Because unlike the others, the one at Reliz gave me excellent service, a friendly, attentive waitress. He even opened the door for us since we had a stroller. Another thing, there if asking for the promo is worth it. It's strange because it seemed to me that the boneless were very fresh and the potatoes very tasty, I would think that they should have the same quality in all their branches but it is not like that. In the others it seems to me that their boneless have almost no breast, they are very breaded and somewhat chewy/hard, on one occasion they even served us cold (as if they had been fried and submerged in cold sauce). The waitress was very proactive and helpful at all times. It is appreciated. She was the one who asked us "what sauce would you like your next order, because of the time it takes"... woow! In the others we have had the experience that we almost almost have to pressure the waitress to ask for the next order and they take too long. In this branch I feel that they did not take as long to bring the food as in the others. Although they lacked things like pizza, jars, some fresh waters, it makes up for the treatment and the fresh fresh food. They knew how to solve it to our satisfaction. Good experience, we recommend it! I don't mind going to this branch, which is the farthest from me, but it's worth it. :)

Los baños demasiado sucios y el ambiente fatal, parece un antro y no un restaurante, la música ni conversar deja... En fin una experiencia desagradable!!!
