★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que no me gusta es que el servicio es lento, sea o no sean fechas navideñas,entiendo que en estas epocas tienen mucha gente (que bueno para la tienda) pero haces fila de una hora para entrar máslo que esperas que traigan el calzado,creo falta personal o un sistema más rápido.
What I don't like is that the service is slow, whether or not they are Christmas dates, I understand that in these times they have a lot of people (which is good for the store) but you line up for an hour to enter more what you expect them to bring the shoes, I think there is a lack of staff or a faster system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta mucha atención al cliente, aunque te vean, no te preguntan que necesitas, tienes que preguntar, quien te puede atender! Eso a mí me molesta. No se les ven ganas de trabajar. Siempre pasa lo mismo en estás zapaterías.
There is a lack of customer service, even if they see you, they do not ask you what you need, you have to ask, who can help you! That bothers me. They don't feel like working. The same thing always happens in these shoe stores.
