★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vayan a este lugar!! la dueña es súper grosera y déspota! Las pestañas no duran, se caen súper rápido a pesar de cuidartelas muchísimo!!! Ni primera aplicación ni retoques durán, las camas que tienen son super incómodas como de tatuador completamente planas,salí con dolor de espalda terrible !!! Pésimo ! Muy mala experiencia!!
Don't go to this place !! the owner is super rude and despot! The eyelashes do not last, they fall out super fast despite taking great care of them !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les recomiendo que no vengan aqui, la dueña es una grosera y despota, cree que te hace un favor al atenderte y se le está pagando un servicio y no haciendole un favor.
Sinceramente el servicio al cliente es malisimo, las pestañas se caen porque el pegamento es de mala calidad. No asistan a este lugar ahorrense que las traten mal.
La primera vez que vine me hicieron esperar 20 minutos antes de atenderme, al terminar de ponerme las pestañas me gustaron, pero en ese mismo día se me cayeron inmediatamente, no pierdan su dinero aquí.
La ubicación es malísima y ni siquiera tienen estacionamiento, sólo cuentan con tres camas, no te ofrecen ni agua ni nada, no cuentan con sala de espera.

Honestly the customer service is lousy, the eyelashes fall off because the glue is of poor quality. Do not attend this place, save yourself from being treated badly.
The first time I came they made me wait 20 minutes before attending, when I finished putting on the eyelashes I liked them, but on that same day they fell off immediately, do not waste your money here.
The location is terrible and they don't even have parking, they only have three beds, they don't offer you water or anything, they don't have a waiting room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son súper rápidas y hábiles para la colocación de pestañas, el retoque no dura mas de 1:30 min la calidad de la pestaña, adhesivo y servicio son muy buenos, todo hipoalergenico y lo mejor de todo que la pestaña no es pelaje de ningún animalito, yo en noviembre cumplo 4 años de ponerme pestañas y yo encantada cuidan mi pestaña natural y eso es un plus que a la mayoría no les importa. Yo simplemente los recomiendo al 1000% ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad varía mucho dependiendo quién lo haga. Y si no te sientes conforme no son capaces de encontrar 15 minutos en su ocupada agenda para arreglarlo. Con tal de vender te dicen que tus pestañas naturales están bien.
Quality varies a lot depending on who does it. And if you don't feel satisfied you are not able to find 15 minutes in your busy schedule to fix it. In order to sell they tell you that your natural eyelashes are fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with my experience. While visiting from USA, I went to another salon in Mexico City and the lady ruined my lashes using too much glue with sloppy work, it was horrible. I was scared but I contacted Bright Lash and they gave me an appointment immediately to fix my lashes. The front desk staff was amazing, very caring and thoughtful and they spoke English. The technician asked me questions about what I wanted including design, length and curl style. My lashes are fixed and I'm so thankful. Highly recommended and they accept American Express. FYI it's best to make an appointment. Also there is no free street parking so bring enough coins to pay the meter.
