★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff at the office and restaurants, house keeping took silverware and coffee cups and never brought them back , so by the end of our stay we had no forks or cups. Also didn't want to leave enough clean towels, The all inclusive is not all inclusive.. They have a special menu for it and won't serve you alcohol before noon. Also not all drinks are on the all inclusive deal. It seemed like they were not ready for us to be there. They had to come back and hook up the phone and internet. Missing a light in the living room, just wires hanging from the ceiling. If you don't speak Spanish or just like to have silverware this is not the place for you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also, beach dog friendly on a leash. Clean towel service at club entrance with excellent servers that come right to your lounge chair. Or sit inside the beautiful palapa area for meals. Menu prices are very reasonable with my usual favorites and a pina colada!

before for 600 pesos of the day pass they gave you a coupon of 450 for food and now they only give you 200 pesos.
The prices on the restaurant are way higher. Too sad im not coming back with my family and im not recommending this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great area to spend the winter months with two giant pools that are great for swimming, snorkeling and/or just sunning. This is my fifth year in the area and I’ve seen the pools in much better shape. They seem to be lacking in the care that I am normally used to seeing. The water clarity has diminished quite a bit from the last years. This place deserves a five star but they’re going to have to do a better job in the pool to earn one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful views, huge pools, highly recommend. The D.J was amazing, he was super interactive and played some great music for all. Noelle, the van driver, was very enjoyable as well! Great staff. I enjoyed my stay!
