★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trabajo. Aunque es el mismo local, a mi me dijeron que se llaman "Muebles Santana". Mandamos a hacer un centro de entretenimiento bajo diseño y esta fue nuestra experiencia:
1. Aún cuando les dimos fotos de lo que queríamos, no lo hicieron igual.
2. Nos dijeron que lo terminaban en 1 semana que se convirtieron en 3.
3. Durante esas 3 semanas evadían contestar llamadas y mensajes.
4. A pesar de decirles que la tv. Era de 113 cms. De largo; le dejaron apenas un espacio suficiente de 114cms.
5. Pedimos que el mueble tuviera 4 luces y sólo pusieron 3 y mal conectadas.
6. El acabado está pésimo, con cualquier roce se cae la laca y se hace un raspón.
7. Quedaron de venir a arreglarlo y ya no se presentaron.
8. Los muebles los hacen en el estado de México, por lo que no es posible que puedas confirmar si lo están haciendo como lo pediste.
Afortunadamente no le hice el último pago en espera de que arreglara los desperfectos.
Definitivamente NO lo recomiendo.
 Terrible job. Although it is the same place, they told me they are called "Muebles Santana". We sent to make an entertainment center under design and this was our experience:
1. Even when we gave them photos of what we wanted, they didn't do it the same.
2. They told us that they finished it in 1 week which became 3.
3. During those 3 weeks they avoided answering calls and messages.
4. Despite telling them that tv. It was 113 cm. Long; They left barely enough space of 114cms.
5. We asked that the cabinet have 4 lights and they only put 3 and they were badly connected.
6. The finish is lousy, with any friction the lacquer falls off and a scratch is made.
7. They agreed to come to fix it and they no longer showed up.
8. The furniture is made in the state of Mexico, so it is not possible for you to confirm if they are doing it as you requested.
Fortunately I didn't make the last payment waiting for him to fix the damage.
I definitely do NOT recommend it.
