They don't answer you, they pick up the phone and they leave you on the line there, they hang up, they don't want to dispatch, terrible service.

The staff does not respond with an expression of service, they just do not like any questions. Then they tell you there isn't. It is worth to them if they sell or not. That is my perception.

They attend as if one were not going to pay for the material, they forget that it is customer service, they hang up your phone, or they leave you hanging on the line and for everything there is not, or I can not attend you brand later.
