Voy y me dicen que por el calor es muy normal que eso pase, que con cualquier roce se truenan. Muy mala actitud.
Vivimos en Monterrey, estas son las temperaturas. Me parece que son globos muy caros para ser tan delicados.
I just bought a balloon, it didn't last 10 minutes and it went flat.
I go and they tell me that because of the heat it is very normal for that to happen, that with any touch they thunder. Very bad attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima calidad y servicio. Recién salí del lugar y había viento, antes de subirlo a la cajuela chocó la parte de arriba y se abrió de abajo. Fui a decirles lo que acababa de pasar y pésima atención. Solo dijo que fue mi culpa sin querer escuchar todo lo que pasó y luego se puso nefasta la señora. No iba a pedir un reembolso completo pero ni tuve oportunidad de preguntar nada pues me negó compartirle siquiera mi situación. Doy 2 estrellas por la persona que trabaja ahí qué se portó mucho más amigable.
Terrible quality and service. I just left the place and it was windy, before putting it in the trunk the top part collided and it opened at the bottom. I went to tell them what had just happened and lousy attention. He only said that it was my fault without wanting to listen to everything that happened and then the lady became disastrous. I was not going to ask for a full refund but I did not have the opportunity to ask anything as he refused to even share my situation with him. I give 2 stars for the person who works there who was much friendlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal, chequen en otros lugares antes de encargar ahí, no me fijé antes en las opiniones, encargué un arreglo y al llegar a recoger me dicen que no tienen los números en el color que lo encargué que de que otro color quiero.
Super bad, check in other places before ordering there, I didn't look at the opinions before, I ordered an arrangement and when I arrived to pick it up they told me that they don't have the numbers in the color that I ordered, what other color do I want.
