It is a good place for children to learn discipline, school is small but with good service. It does not have parking but you can park nearby.

I enrolled my daughter with the intention that she could have an entertainment activity, but instead I ran into a series of arbitrariness, such as conditioning the service unless my 2-year-old baby went to psychological therapy, since in 2 months of school was not getting the "desired progress" Clearly we did not agree on desired advances, because for me it just had to be something fun and not training to be a professional dancer.

I have no complaints from the teaching staff, in fact, it seems to me that despite being very young girls, they are prepared and generally have good tact with the children. The bad impression that I have of the service and for what I do not recommend the service is due to the administrative staff and their lack of forecast in terms of accidents (they do not have protocols for action in case of an emergency, nor with emergency exit, the stairs are insufficient in case of an earthquake and do not organize people in case of any eventuality). A teacher suffered an accident and they did not know how to act, they also NEVER notified parents when the teacher stopped providing their services and while they were looking for a replacement or reported the situation if not until I put a formal complaint in the corporate). There is no communication of these situations with the parents and the place coordinator only blames other people. What is paid is little, yes, but considering the above and especially regarding issues of evacuation and emergency response, I recommend looking for other options. I took my daughter from that place.

Today March 26, 2022, we went to "show class" I am left with a very bad impression of both the facilities, service, attention and professionalism. My daughter participated in the mini ballet group, upon arrival there was no explanation, they literally told us to take off the girl's shoes and metal her. In the waiting room there is a screen on which other classes were projected, so I asked how I would see the sample class, they lent me a device and I can CONFIRM that there are many blind spots which prevents assessing the "sample class" at the end I realized that my daughter had spent the entire class crying and the instructor responsible for the group only made an attempt "to integrate her" by taking her by the arm and pulling her to the activity, they will surely answer that she cried due to attachment issues, it does not apply to my daughter, because she attends without problems to the Nursery. THE WORST at the moment by WhatsApp I reported my discontent…. And they never gave me an answer. I add a photo so they don't say it's a lie. HE clarified the problem.
