D	Denisse Castro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenia muchísimas expectativas al contratar el paquete "abuelitos" tristemente todo empezó mal desde que no dieron la información completa de como agendar la cita para la toma de fotos, tuve que dar doble vuelta para agendar la primer cita, llego al estudio y me dicen que se tenía que llevar biberón o chupón a parte para poder dormir a mi bebé, siendo mamá primeriza no sabes la reaccion que tenga el bebé en la sesión, a penas y se pudieron tomar las fotos por su falta de información para empezar y rematan con sus supuestas 4 semanas para entrega las cuales no cumplen, se van a cumplir 5 semanas y hasta ahorita no me han podido dar fecha, solo me dejan en el "ahorita lo reviso y te confirmo", muy linda la ropa que tienen, muy linda la fotografa y el señor que toma la muestra del pie y mano de la bebé pero que pésimo servicio al cliente tienen. e	ericka juarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal servicio, desde cuando llevamos a mi bebe a la foto, nos citaron a una hora y luego el mero día nos cambiaron la hora, llegamos a la hora que nos dijeron y aun así se tardaron una hora, me tarde mas esperando que lo que le tomaron las fotos, después se tardaron muchísimo en darnos los cuadros tres semanas mas de la fecha que nos dijeron que nos lo iba a dar, ya cuando nos lo dieron estaba mal y dimos mil vueltas para volverlo a cambiar una y otra vez, ya que estaba mal la plaquita y luego la foto y así mal y mal, al ultimo me dieron el cuadro y como quiera quedo medio despegada la plaquita y todo manchado venia el marco como de pegamento, mi niño ya tiene los 4 meses y apenas tiene su cuadro. P	Pedro Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, no se los recomiendo, busquen opciones que si cumplan con los tiempos que prometen, de 1 mes que prometen ya llevamos más de 2 meses y nada, prometen hasta llevar a domicilio con tal de sacarle la vuelta y tampoco cumplen...No contestan llamadas ni WhatsApp cuando ya se demoraron. Ojalá no les pase a otras personas. Very bad experience, I do not recommend them, look for options that if they comply with the times they promise, of 1 month that they promise we have already been more than 2 months and nothing, they promise to take home in order to get the return and they do not comply either. They do not answer calls or WhatsApp when they are already delayed. Hopefully it doesn't happen to other people.
