Super nice and clean, the food delicious!the pool is big and there is also a couple of jacuzzi on the side of the tables VIP, the service,super! All super respectful and withal a smile ?

Visited twice during our week in Bacalar. Best place to hang out by the water. Great swimming spot, water hammocks and amazing food and drinks. The entire facility is spotlessly clean and best of all, the staff are super, super friendly. Thank-you bacalar Beach club. See you next year.

Amazing place, water is gorgeous, food was very good

The experience was horrible. 250 pesos gets you nothing. Food requires extra. 3500 pesos to get shade. Public area has 4 chairs under the shade and all others are exposed to direct sun. I asked them o put some umbrella but they said no. Waiters are not super helpful. I asked the manager and nothing can be done. Then we went to Mia Luxury hotel and spa. Where the service is excellent. Plenty of shade and only 200 pesos to use the facility. Food is much better there and we loved the experience over there. This place however is taking advantage of the good location but provide horrible service. They even told us you can leave if you don’t like it. So we left. I highly suggest people to get day pass at a hotel where the food is included in the pass so you only pay 1200 pesos with 1000 credit for food and only 200 for the pass. The experience is way better and the food is much better as well

To be honest, I really loved it. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I truly recommend it.

Don’t rate this spot. The food is mediocre at best (they also leave the fish skin on the fish tacos so do t forget to take that off if you don’t want to choke a little). The area for swimming only really has deep spots so no sand backs and similar as with other areas, only Kayaks for rent not other items and the current feels strong so I don’t recommend for non strong swimmers but there is a pool - but who comes to Bacalar for a pool. You can’t eat any food at your Sun lounger either which seems nuts. Enforced by a jobsworth whose only job seems to be enforcing that. It’s 250 pesos per person, either as a fixed charge that allows access to the pool and sun beds or you can spend that amount / redeem it on food and drink. Don’t really recommend.

We had a very nice day at Bacalar Beach Club! Good food, Water, Cocktails! Just perfect ?? the Guacamole came with roasted Mango? tasted like heaven. The Shrimp Burger was delicious, it was a chill atmosphere and we enjoyed every minute!

The place is nice. The employees are very friendly and polite. The lady who served us did her best to accommodate to my needs. I have many allergies and based on that she recommended what foods I could eat. The price of the food was a little expensive for my taste, but taking into consideration that it was a beach club it was actually pretty affordable. The view is the best and I highly recommend the Bacalar Lagoon tour they offer. Our tour guide was awesome. One of the best.
