★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to rent out jet ski’s, just expensive! There’s only like a two places to rent them in bacalar and all are charging 1700 pesos at the time of writing this. That’s around £60-70 or 100usd for an hour. Tourism I guess? Bring the price down and we’re laughing :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to jet ski the night before and after a few WhatsApp messages had a reservation. Highly recommend zipping around the lagoon in a jet ski. Good quality vehicle and easy instruction getting started. Definitely an activity I’ll do again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great day at the lagoon. The jetskis are pretty new and have enough power to have some fun. We messaged Junien through whatsapp and made a booking really easy and fast. Very nice guy, gave us clear instructions on the do’s and dont’s but kept it to a minimal which is nice. Thanks for the nice experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Junien is a super nice guy. The jet ski felt really responsive and fast without having to baby the throttle. The price was 1700 pesos for an hour. This gave us some time to explore the south side of the lake and a quick swim. Would actually recommend to do 1,5 hour. So you have a bit more time to relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a really great experience! Definitely recommend getting a jet ski instead of the tour boats, it gives you freedom and flexibility and you can find secret and quiet spots in the lagoon away from the crowds!
We just messaged Dany the night before to reserve a jet ski for two hours, and he sorted it for us. He was really nice and friendly and was also helpful with our personal belongings. We would definitely recommend!!!
