★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kayak tour started early in the morning so we could paddle to a pier and wach the sunrise. We swam in cenote and learned alot about the lake, city, cenotes and Mayan culture. Our guide was very knowledgable and fun. It wasnt a problem to comunicate in English and our guide really made an effort to explain us everything so we could understand. So if you are in Bacalar this is an active and wonderful way to start your day.

If you have good weather, it will be a worthwhile experience. Make sure you are fit, because the paddling can get exhausting otherwise. Normal fitness level is enough!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with this service. They provide all information over WhatsApp but then turns out the guide doesn’t speak much English. The sunrise kayaking is more like kayaking, then parking at a quay, watching a sunrise and then kayaking some more. It was ok but not worth paying extra for the sunrise experience. Also they said they would send the video they recorded on the drone but then they stopped responding to any messages. Bad customer service!

We've been really lucky with the weather ☀️
Only point is that we did not do any snorkeling as mentionned in the WhatsApp. But apart from this, all was good !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our sunrise kayaking experience! The guide was super friendly, kept an eye on us all making sure nothing happened to us and that nobody fell behind. His English was perfectly OK! He took a bunch of photos which we got after a few days (via WhatsApp). When we came back a yummy breakfast of fruit, juice, PB&J and Nutella was waiting for us. Would highly recommend the sunrise tour to anyone even inexperienced people.
