Sin saber ni intentar resolver el problema de Monterrey, instaló a Catalina. Pasé días reinstalando mi software. No puedo acceder a mis fotos en Catalina. ¡Su solución es decirme que actualice a Monterrey! ¡Por esto le pagué 1500 pesos!
