Terrible service, the service is horrible the staff attends horrible they make you wait too long and in the end they treat you badly

SUPER BAD SERVICE The ladies are rude, they go around laughing with their colleagues and they don't even attend to you quickly, they don't know the measurements of anything, I don't know what they're going to work for!

Terrible phone service, the people who answer the line are not friendly, they answer like they are angry, they are asked for a quote and it takes days to answer the mail.

On one occasion when I went to buy there were only two people attending and many people waiting, I know it is not their fault but it can be improved, it was better to attend another branch.

Terrible service!! The ladies talking and they don't attend to you. Zero customer service for everything I was looking for, they had nothing: white paper bags and cellophane bags for sweets, although they had samples they said there was none, of course until they finished the gossip between them and asked me what I wanted.

The store is not what I expected, it turned out to be much better, I loved that they open at 8:00 am sharp and I am a lover of punctuality, uff! 10.
