Es un lugar ubicado al final de la Donceles, antes de llegar al ferri para Isla Mujeres, su ubicación aleja de las avenidas principales da tranquilidad auditiva. Es un lugar céntrico. El ambiente es variado pero tranquilo ya que también es un buen lugar para aquellos estudiantes que vienen de intercambio o a estudiar aquí en Cancún brindando las necesidades del estudiante. Además de ser una de las mejores opciones de las universidades tanto nacionales como extranjeras para que los estudiantes vivan tranquilos en un ambiente muy agradable y de buena convivencia.
Bahía Azul is a subdivision that offers tranquility, but why does it offer it ?. It is a place located at the end of the Donceles, before reaching the ferry for Isla Mujeres, its location away from the main avenues gives quiet hearing. It is a central place. The environment is varied but quiet as it is also a good place for those students who come to exchange or study here in Cancun providing the student's needs. In addition to being one of the best options of both national and foreign universities for students to live quietly in a very pleasant and convivial environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un residencial particular, si buscas en arbnb o Booking puedes encontrar un departamento en renta para hospedarte mientras estás acá. No hay acceso a playa ni tiene alberca, pero si solo vas a dormir y descansar, una renta aquí está perfecta!
It is a private residential, if you search in arbnb or Booking you can find an apartment for rent to stay while you are here. There is no access to the beach nor does it have a pool, but if you are just going to sleep and rest, a rental here is perfect!
