★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar espantoso enmedio de la sierra a una persona lo pico una serpiente es una tortura subir del comedor a los dormitorios porque es un monte y tienes que escalar te dan una bandita y si la pierdes son 1000 pesos que tienes que pagar no te dan agua simple para beber tienes que pagar por el agua la lavandería te cobra 15 pesos por pieza es una porquería de hotel no lo recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar en si está hermoso, si quieres relajarte es el lugar estupendo para visitar, cuenta con canchas de voleibol, tenis, frontón, etc, hay varias albercas, toboganes una alberca climatizada.
Entonces porque 3 estrellas:
Al contratar que no es barato se nos dijo que había una promoción, que había que recoger los boletos en las oficinas, es una plática de 1 hora de tiempo compartido y no te lo mencionan.
Las habitaciones falta un poco de limpieza.
No hay nadie que te apoye para saber que hacer o que visitar
El restaurante te da promociones con la platica para la cena, pero que creen, cierra a las 7 jamás cenamos antes de esa hora.
Las bebidas súper caras.
Falta mantenimiento en la alberca.
Lugar hermoso pero falta atención, información y limpieza.
Todo se puede corregir si arreglará estas áreas de oportunidad fácil daría 5 estrellas, no se si fue por la fecha en ma que asistimos que fue octubre
The place itself is beautiful, if you want to relax it is the great place to visit, it has volleyball, tennis, fronton courts, etc., there are several pools, slides, a heated pool.
So why 3 stars:
When hiring that it is not cheap, we were told that there was a promotion, that you had to pick up the tickets at the offices, it is a 1 hour time-share talk and they do not mention it to you.
The rooms lack a bit of cleanliness.

The restaurant gives you promotions with the talk for dinner, but what do you think, it closes at 7 we never have dinner before that time.
