Great option for a long weekend. Although the buildings are old, they are in good shape. A lot of activities for all members of the family. The food is good.

Had some issues with the room. Bee's nest in the pario and a clogged sink. Other than that, the facilities were really nice. Had a relaxing weekend. Seems like they are expanding/remodeling.

First of all the check in of my room was at the 4 pm even if the person when i made the reservation didn't say anything about that, and the check out was at 12 pm, that was unfair, and also I needed to pay for my key and that was a thing that the didn't tell me before made the reservation. When I made the reservation they say me that I can be on the SPA everytime but the don't have a SPA!!! That was annoying. The pools are extremely far away one of the other and you need to walk a lot and its really exhausting. Finally the meal of th restaurant was really disgusting. The arrachera meat taste like carton, like if that have a lot of days and it wasn't good.

Good place to relax yet over pricing due to old building, lack of space in the building and pool was dirty.

The location is amazingly beautiful. And the hotel reception is amazing. They set the expectation for our vacation. Sadly, the rest of the staff failed, poorly. The issue is that while the hotel wants to be 5 stars, the prices and security attempted to mimic that, but the actual service failed poorly. The resort and rooms, while nice, fail to offer handicap access. Sure there are parking spots, but they are not enforced. There are no ramps nor elevators. Again, I may be asking too much, but again if 5 stars is the goal, this was missed. The rooms were very nice, our building is 5 floors and no elevator. Entrance is either on the first floor of the third. The security was there to only protect the pool and guard against non-guests, only. The demeanor was not service oriented. The on-site restaurant was overly expensive and took 1 hour to get food, at the time, there were only 3 tables being waited on, so the busy restaurant argument is null. I’m not sure if it’s a training issue or what.

So this place has ALOT of potential. the customer service is great. The even honored my special request! On the other hand. The resort needs a lot of work. They don’t have bottled water for their guests at the restaurant. The bar at the other pool is either never opened and on the 3rd floor of the cabana. The food isn’t good at all. The internet service isn’t strong. Otherwise this place was great.

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy pools food and drinks. Weather is beautiful in March.

Attended a convention. Nice place, good service. Rooms are large and clean. Except roaches in the kitchen and dining area. Good A/C at every room. Food is good.
