En Bahupada no les importa tu edad o experiencia previa , es el lugar indicado para empezar a praticar no solo a nivel fisico sino tambien a nivel espiritual. Lo recomiendo apliamente en particular para quien esta empezando y/o quiere profundizar en la pratica de Vinyasa Krama Yoga!!!
It is a perfect place to practice Yoga and has high-level certified teachers! In Bahupada they do not care about your age or previous experience, it is the right place to start practicing not only on a physical level but also on a spiritual level. I highly recommend it in particular for those who are just starting out and / or want to deepen their Vinyasa Krama Yoga practice !!!

Recomiendo encarecidamente este estudio a cualquiera que desee.
My practice has improved since I attended Bahupada. Alessandro and Isari have been instrumental in improving my practice. They challenge you in a way that allows you to grow without feeling overwhelmed. You can go at your own pace and as your body allows.
