★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Ahora veo porque no venden". Hoy quedaron de traernos una unidad a San Juan del Río para hacer la prueba de manejo. Después de una hora de espera y de habernos comunicado en varias ocasiones y engañarnos que ya venían en camino, decidimos hablar directo a la agencia y lo único que nos dijeron es que ya no fueron porque la unidad falló. Imagínense un auto nuevo y que falla desde el principio, me sonó más mentira. Juan José gracias por hacer la experiencia BAIC PÉSIMA.

I went to do a test drive and the treatment was terrible, the customer service leaves much to be desired and even though I expressed my complaint, they gave them the same. That is why I do not recommend the brand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos cita para prueba de manejo un día antes, para el día 3 de abril 2021 llegamos a la hora acordada no había nadie completamente cerrado! No tuvieron la decencia de avisarnos. Imagínate si tienes una urgencia de reparación? Piensen bien antes de comprometerse con esta agencia
